Shipping Policy

At The Sunday Stretch, we’re excited to get your order headed your way! Many of our products are made or prepared specifically for each order, so please allow time for both processing and shipping.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or major holidays. Processing times may occasionally be longer during holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Standard Shipping

Most standard orders are delivered within approximately 8–12 business days from the date your order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Free Shipping

Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping, unless otherwise stated at checkout or as part of a specific promotion.

Express Shipping

Express shipping may be available for certain products and destinations.

When available, Express orders typically arrive within approximately 2–5 business days after processing.

Please note that selecting Express Shipping speeds up the shipping portion of your order but does not necessarily eliminate production or processing time.

International Shipping

The Sunday Stretch ships to select international destinations.

International delivery times can vary by country and may take longer due to customs processing or local carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country unless those charges are specifically collected at checkout.

Where Our Products Ship From

To offer a wider variety of products and designs, some Sunday Stretch items are produced and fulfilled by our manufacturing partners. Depending on the product and your location, your order may ship from a fulfillment facility outside of the United States.

Multiple-Item Orders

If your order contains multiple products, your items may be produced or fulfilled at different locations.

Because of this, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive tracking information as each shipment becomes available.

There is no additional shipping charge simply because an order is divided into multiple packages.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow a short period of time for the carrier to begin displaying tracking updates after your shipping label has been created.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

The Sunday Stretch is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or your tracking information indicates that your package may have been lost in transit, please contact us through our website with your order number and details about the issue.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, photos may be requested so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Carrier Delays

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by weather, holidays, customs, transportation disruptions, or other carrier-related issues may be outside of The Sunday Stretch’s control.

That said, if something doesn’t look right with your shipment, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
